Meet Anthony

Anthony has over 15 years of management experience in the social services sector, and has honed his skills in people management and development in a variety of roles.

As a coach and trainer, he provides frameworks developed through years of management in high-stress environments, to help managers work with their teams develop clear expectations, provide kind, honest feedback, and create high-support high-challenge environments that bring out the best in the staff to provide the highest level of service to the constituents.

Anthony joined the social service field as a direct support staff and quickly moved into a variety of management roles in both residential and school settings. Through this work, he obtained various certifications in trauma-informed crisis intervention and effective supervision.

Anthony is pursuing graduate studies in Organizational Psychology at William James College to combine his real-world experience with research-based frameworks.

Meet Betsy

Betsy Neptune is an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Organizational Development expert, specializing in helping leaders and teams build high-performing, inclusive cultures.

Through her coaching and consulting services, Betsy partners with leaders to drive transformational change, enhance their leadership capabilities, and foster strong team dynamics that deliver lasting impact. She also offers a range of trainings and keynote presentations on leadership development strategies.

With a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, Betsy’s career spans the nonprofit, public and private sector, with a focus on team development, organizational growth, and systems improvement. She began her career as Executive Director of a nonprofit at 26, where she developed leadership systems, managed diverse teams, and coached over 100 small business owners.

Her subsequent roles in the City of Boston and at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council deepened her expertise in managing staff, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing program development in both public and private sectors. As Regional Executive Director of BUILD Northeast, she led a successful team rebuild, driving a 70% increase in the number of students served through innovative programs that foster entrepreneurship.

Betsy has served on multiple boards and founded a network for entrepreneurs of faith in Greater Boston. Betsy is also trained in mediation and facilitation, with a certificate in nonprofit management.
